Cristy,
Open up the Internet Options control panel applet and click on the
Connections tab. Next, click on your Earthlink connection and then on the
Settings tab next to that area. One of the sections in here deals with
proxy servers. Is there a check mark next to that item?
Click Cancel and then on LAN Settings. Is there a check in that item in
here?
