Clear as mud, Right!

One of the first things I do with any new system of mine is turn off that 
blasted error reporting, but I do keep the 'notify me' part intact. 
WinPatrol is simply asking if you want that 'report on reboot' deal popping 
up.  Turning off error reporting will prevent that from ever being an issue 
again.

This looking more and more like a job for SFC.  I see that there's another 
email from you with SFC right in the title, so I'll go check that one next.
