Hi Sharon, I have Windows XP also. Thing is my identities are in a different location than yours. For example C:\Documents and Settings\Janice\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities , just wondering if maybe this is part of your problem. See the local settings in the string. I don't know, just trying to help out if possible.
