I use paint shop pro v 7 and 9 and in those there is an option under Image 
to resize
and I would choose 85% in the percentage of original and see how that looks 
and
if you want more just go with the same option again and to get the clearest 
pic also
choose Bicubic Resample in the Resize Type...........that is if you have 
that same
option.

     I have pics of my new trailer and want to send them to a friend. They
are about 700k each and I want to make them smaller, say maybe around 200k.
Problem is, I have forgotten how to do this. Anyone know how?
