Hi Squire, thanks for the info. took the battery out , 10 minutes, replaced it , vacuumed the inside if the computer . When I start up now , no info given on the monitor screen, starts of wih a black screen , after about 1 minute , a Packard Bell logo comes up for 30 seconds , disappears , 1 minute later the computer opens up the Desk Top.
