Hiya
   I just checked this system's AWARD brand CMOS setting and on the first 
screen, right hand column, the first two options are:
Load fail-safe defaults and
Load optimized defaults.

The arrow keys and PgUp and PgDown keys are used to maneuverr and watch the 
bottom panel to show where you are.
