[pchelpers] copy paste puts a pdf icon in Word

Why is it when I do a copy and paste into Word, many times instead of pasting
the info, I get a little pdf icon symbol instead.
Sometimes I have to go back and forth, copying and pasting it over and over
several times before the text pastes.
