One way would be shut down the system (all power off). Remove the card
(leave the case open for now) and power up. Let windows boot normally.
Run normal maintainance checks to ensure files are ok, and SFC for
system files (to make sure the plug and play works properly). Then power
down and disconnect mains. Replace the card an start up again. Windows
should discover the card and request drivers for it. Supply whatever
driver disk it needs and check the multimedia area under control panel
to see if the sound devices are available. If they are, you only need to
go through normal setup of services on the card.
