You are literally lying.  If they have no roadblocks, and have spectrum,
money and desire, just what the F**K is holding them up?  I'll answer for
you:  THEY DON'T HAVE THE DESIRE and they don't know how to make compelling
content.

There are three separate ventures in the works that will offer service
on devices like these in North America that I know of using COFDM. When
they get off the ground is up in the air but at least one of them has no
roadblocks what so ever that I know of. They have spectrum, money, the
desire. We shall see.

BTW all three are quite different.
