[opendtv] Re: Mobile DTV test

I'm not sure how much sense it makes to share OTA tuners but maybe. 
However it makes a lot of sense to share hard drive servers, so if 
multiple tuners are in a server PVR then I like the idea a lot better.

However while may make lots of technical sense it will probably 
attract armies of lawyers, so it may not be economically practical 
after satisfying "robustness requirements" and the associated 
filibustering delay.
