Clearly, the BF is not going to put a dent in any Internet file 
sharing. But that's not the point. The point is that they are using 
this canard to place Draconian content controls on virtually anything 
that is going to touch entertainment bits.

Unprotected servers are already proliferating. THere is nothing to 
stop their further proliferation.

But the BF rules could put a damper on the proliferation of DTV...
