Other links work.Thoughts? The main idea underlying this Prezi is that watching 90 minutes of a film is engaging, but to get the students producing Spanish and meaningful commentary, I break up the film into smaller chunks that, after viewing, they can partner up and talk about. It extends the viewing out, but gets them out into a more active interpretive mode. I have similar activities with "Nostalgia de la Luz," "Machuca," and "Samsara" (which has zero dialogue - entirely show, don't tell), if you are interested. -----Original Message----- From: ola-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ola-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> [mailto:ola-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ola-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>] On Behalf Of Lisa Home Gmail Sent: Tuesday, April 08, 2014 1:00 PM To: ola@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ola@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [ola] Movies: Sin nombre & Which Way Home Has anyone shown their Spanish class the films Sin nombre and/or Which Way Home? I have not yet seen either but they were recommended to me by a student. Appropriate for 2 & 3 year Spanish? Do any of you have any activities/worksheets/discussion questions for the movies that you're willing to share? Thank you, Lisa (Sent from my phone. Please excuse any undetected auto-corrections!)
