I have no idea what you are trying to say here!! Entourage should
have an export function. See previous e-mail for a possible process.
For program names a convention like Mail or 'Mail' might identify
better what program you are using. Better still 'Mail' 10.3.9 is
more definitive. Understanding which versions are involved can be
critical in providing a correct response.
