I will be going to Toronto end of next week so maybe take it along to have serviced. It seems to be printing fine at the moment but I get the message when I click the status button on the Epson Utility. Doug this is not the result of the printer not being used enough. We go through a lot of ink, probably spend $200+ every month at Mostly Digital and the printer has never been subjected to non Epson ink. I can't imagine buying a high end printer and then using cheap ink.
