[muglo] Epson printer error

I have a Epson R2400 printer and got this message yesterday, anybody
have an idea what is wrong. I was doing some printing Saturday
morning and there was terrible banding in the prints. In the past the
problem always resolved by running the head cleaning utility, I had to
run it 4 times before the printing resumed to normal quality. I then
checked the printer status and got this error message, service
required. Here is a screen shot of the message

Any body have a clue as to what type of service may be required?
