[mso] Re: How can I get Excel 2007 to close when I close the last open workbook?

Hasn't Excel always done this?  If I close all open workbooks in 2003, it 
leaves Excel open with a grey screen.  You need to Alt-F4 or X Excel to 
close it down completely.
