Nigel Bowman is his name.
There are about 40 Quarry Hunslets  preserved altogether and seem to be 
scattered the length and breadth of the country so wherever you are chances are 
you are not far from one!

I would add that there are a couple of Hunslets on the Launceston 
Railway, and the owner (whose name escapes me) is a very friendly and 
helpful guy.
Getting permission to measure them and take photos would be easy, and 
that might simplify building a model.
