Alan,
Al Messy is correct, that is a scam to get your bank information so they can
clean you out. Our friends in Nigeria are always coming up with something
new to relieve the unsuspecting populace of their money. They must have
gained access to Paypal's address book and are sending out these messages to
all their customers.
