I hesitate to raise a new topic since my last effort resulted in a debate of such intensity that one of our erstwhile members was driven to drink ( Good luck with the rehab. Harry). However - here goes:- The collet drawbar on my trusty Colchester Chipmaster has just stripped and I am having great difficulty in identifying the (female) thread. The collets are Boxford 327(5C) type and the thread measures 0.598ins. O.D. and 0.632 ins. I.D. It is 26 tpi. Solve the mystery and I promise never to mention the word "accidents" on this forum ever again!
