Love and death. Love and annhialation. Love and vaporization. To be honest I find such juxtapositions really sad. You write about the bear in the orchard, certainly one of the best posts I've read on this list. Then you write with a malicious turn of the lips about vaporizing people, as if there hasn't been enough of it. Where does the love end and the hate begin I wonder and when somebody says the war is over will you stop hating in that moment?----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric Yost" <eyost1132@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

>>As far as Eric is concerned, I for one find his views divergent from his nature.Doesn't look that way from this side of the persona mask. I like John Singer Sargent, Henry James, Appalachian Trail hiking, and seeing my country's enemies destroyed. I like flowers and kindness and hugs and deep friendships and seeing every Islamist turned into particles and vapor. It all goes together. How could I love Western culture and not oppose those who would destroy it? How could I love my friends and not wish the annihilation of those who would hurt them?------------------------------------------------------------------ To change your Lit-Ideas settings (subscribe/unsub, vacation on/off, digest on/off), visit www.andreas.com/faq-lit-ideas.html
