Omar: If anything, there are grounds to suspect
that it was Israel that *intended* to kill civilians,
whereas the Hizbollah did it because it could not
avoid doing so.
The Hez didn't give a brass fig for civilians or they
wouldn't have launched (a) the type of rockets they did, or
launched (b) from the locations they did.
Using civilians as shields is standard for that army of
scumbags--fully appropriate for their dismal war god and its
bandit prophet.
