I just reread your original message again, and now I see that I simply got
the wrong idea because of the word order in one sentence. Now I see that
you weren't trying to compare laptops with desktops. thanks for explaining.

Hi, Yardbird. I think you misunderstood what I wrote. I didn't recommend
that she get a laptop. All I was saying was that she take her computer back
and get one that had either xp home or xp pro. That's all I was
meaning--not that she get a laptop or a desktop. That's up to Katrina. I'm
sorry if I didn't make myself clear.
