Hi Joseph,
Your comment is not as helpful, as it is detrimental.
It is the responsibility of the user to backup their data files,
and failure to do so, resulting in data loss, should not be blamed on the
manufacturer of the computer.
The tools are available to every user of a computer, to backup their data in
the event of a system failure
and if the user chooses not to use these tools, and maintain their system in
a proper fashion,
then they should put the machine back in the box it came in, and take it
back to the strore.
Anyone too lazy to take care of a tool, has no business using it.
The same as owning a home, or an automobile.
It sounds like to me that you had a bad experience, and are still bitter
about it.
In actuality, even a blind person can walk into a retail store, buy a
machine off the shelf, and take it home and use it just as well as a custom
built machine, for at least half the cost.
If people are going to use these machines, especially if only for home use,
they better get next to the idea of learning about them.
Ricque

Well Katrina,
You are silently in a lot of hot water.
If I were you,
I would take the Computer back.
And get a custom one made with your own version of windows.
I have had my problems with fs,
and the ATI Cards,
Jaws is a resource haug,
it also messes up the core of windows.
It will cost you $1000 or more to get a custom machine built, from now on a
lesson learned.
Don't by Computers with windows built on, because if your machine should
crash,
when you put your windows back you will lose all your data,
and the machine will be put back as it was when you bought it.
If I were you, I would get my own machine and put your own windows on,
if you by XP pro. that is more money than XP home.
FS doesn't care about anybody, all they care is about people with money.
You sound like a nice person Katrina, I wish you were my girl friend,
but I have to go, good luck, I hope I can be of some help.
If you need any more information,
You can write me off list, or call me on the phone.
