In the "Administration" section of the site is a page "Resources" which
lists all images of all languages. The upload feature doesn't work yet,
I think. Personally, I'd prefer to have an upload function directly on
the "Translate" page of every page when clicking an image.
Maybe Vincent can tell us more about the feasibility of that.

If you mean things like "title" or "alt" in the <img> tag, I could
imagine that those could be set when uploading a localized screenshot.
But that again depends on how Vincent decides to implement things.
