Tina, have you checked with either the ACB or NFB affiliates in your state? Sometimes they have low or no-interest loans. And you don't always have to be a member to get the loan. Each affiliate has its own program, but you might go to the websites of both organizations and see what you could find out. What you want to do sounds reasonable, but I know that as money is tight in many states, they put up roadblocks for expensive technology. Hope this helps. Debby and Cleo
