   Robert,
If the earth is not slowing down, then to what do you ascribe this adding of a 
second?  Aren't these atomic clocks supposed to be more accurate than a second 
in 300,000 years?  It couldn't be because they are inaccurate, right?

Would I be correct in saying this shows "c" is slowing down, ala Setterfield?
