their instruments.

Yes quite true, but would not this have to eventually be corrected one way or 
the other with the star time? If Time changed, than star time and 
electromagnetic time would be in alignment... Still no way of knowing.. 

Thinking of that, if time was slowing down, then surely it would take me less 
time  to travell anywhere unless we were shrinking as well....

Philip.   All of this stuff is slowing me down in responding to Nevilles Key 
issue, geocentrism.... not that its not interesting...
