For starters, see if this helps: 
http://www.thecassandraproject.org/archive.html  under "OTHERS" go to 
"xterm80.pdf".  That manual has a lot of information you may be looking 
for.
I use Exceed , but I know there are a number of "free" packages out there. 
 I have "D" and "E" boxes, but I'm sure there are members on the list who 
have done this with "B" boxes.

I'm thinking of installing a few "X terminals" but am in need of some
explanations and/or recommendations on hardware and software setups.  I 
plan
to tie to "B" boxes and use DM.
