He is sometimes using a wireless network when this happens so it makes sense that it will be somewhat slower and I have informed him of that - he understands that part of it - - but the issues he reports - are not just slowness - the cursor seems to be jumping around to odd locations periodically and Outlook freezes up on him frequently - to the degree he has to shut it down completely and sometimes loses the emails he is working on.
