There is no spelling mistake in sun.com even I can resolve it from my DNS

Right.  We just had a similar problem here.  I could send email to all 
domains but one.  Come to find out, it was being rejected by them because 
they could not resolve the host name.  I did an nslookup and found out that 
we were resolving to the wrong name.  I called the isp had them change it 
and now we can send mail to the domain that rejected the emails.
