You have no PTR record for your domain cig.co.ae if that is the
domain that you are trying to send from. Sun is using sendmail to
deliver mail and sendmail reject any unresolved domain name or domain
without PTR record.
How I am searching:
Searching for PTR record for cig.co.ae at a.root-servers.net:
Got referral to NS2.UAENIC.ae. [took 51 ms]
Searching for PTR record for cig.co.ae at NS2.UAENIC.ae.: Got
referral to ns3.emirates.net.ae. [took 312 ms]
Searching for PTR record for cig.co.ae at ns3.emirates.net.ae.:
Reports that no PTR records exist. [took 281 ms]
Answer:
No PTR records exist for cig.co.ae. [Neg TTL=3600 seconds]
Details:
ns3.emirates.net.ae. (an authoritative nameserver for
cig.co.ae.) says that there are no PTR records for cig.co.ae.
The E-mail address in charge of the cig.co.ae. zone is:
administrator@xxxxxxxxxx
