RE: Email slowness

He doesn't have anything else hooking into the client. I'll try a new
profile.
The interesting thing is that after I rebuild the machine, it works
fine. It's whenever I hand it to him, a week later, it's back to what
it's doing. I think he might be changing something, but I have no idea
what it could be. The dangerous thing about having a user who knows
enough to hurt himself, but not smart enough to know what not to do.
