We currently use Windows backup, Veritas is too expensive for our small
company, it works fine but I haven't managed yet to find a way to back up
individual mailboxes automatically. If anyone else has please let me know.

Windows backup forces backing up AD with System State which is not convenient
for restoring to another server with different hardware.
