Arcserve is great as well but is more for the high end businesses with
thousands of users. It can be used in small environments but scales up a lot
easier. For ease of use I would go with Veritas.

This is only my opinion though.....

To those of you who are using Veritas BackupExec, have you used CA's
Arcserve? If so, how does it compare?

Veritas BackupExec 8.6 gives the administrator the ability to restore a
piece of mail, a whole mailbox or many mailboxes. This function makes BE
worth every cent.

I know you can backup databases/information stores,
but can you restore mailboxes separately?

I've been told there are limitations or problems backing up Exchange
2000
using only Windows backup that comes with the OS. Can anyone please tell
me the best software to use to back up Exchange 2000.
