I am using NTBackup. This works fine for me except for one reason
that maybe someone could answer this, also.
When you install Exchange SP2, it updates the NTBackup to become
Exchange 'aware'
The only issue I've had so far is that I have to STOP the Information
Store Services before it will succesfully backup the .stores'.
After I stopped the services, I backed up the databases, deleted a
database and restored with no issue.

using only Windows backup that comes with the OS. Can anyone please tell
