Lissa, Your question is broader than Jack's, because some codes are implemented in the translation tables, while others are implemented the program's executable code. When a code is implemented in the translation table, you'll find your answer in my answer to Jack: you perhaps can support that code in DBT for DOS, but may not without our permission. When a code is implemented in the translator's executable code, as [fold] is, it simply won't work with DBT for DOS.
