Yes Ivan, I have never paid for the encoder since I've started using Sonar, because when I purchased the license for the earlier version of Sonar, which is Cakewalk it came fully equipped with an MP3 encoder, why would I layout money on a new upgrade that is not equal to or greater than the one I'm upgrading from. That was my argument to Cakewalk and they couldn't deny the logic behind it. Robert.
