Hi, I upgraded from Cakewalk 9 Which included the encoder. So if you had
it
thin, they will email it to you free or supply the link to download it. I
just recently done it. When I got it I saved it to a CD for future
installs
or encases of system restores which removes some programs depending upon

You can actually configure any mp3 encoder, but there's a certain degree
of tech ability needed to manually enter the settings.
Personally, I'd pay for the unlock code from Cakewalk if you have the
spare cash.
I paid for my version and it was set up in 2 seconds.
