Not wishing to muddy the waters ... but here goes. I cannot get DPscan to crash every time I run it. I unfortunately cannot yet see any common factor other than if DPscan is running on a 'clean' system, it is quite likely to crash, whereas if a few other apps are booted first, it often loads and saves without problem. I have just loaded a number of images (sprite and tiff), and saving after some minor editing (eg scale down, increase contrast using the histogram display) was working fine. Reboot the system and launch only DPScan, and the save problem came back. The last one gave the following: *where Address &00090438 is in application space *showregs Register dump (stored at &2000E8AC) is: R0 = 0000001A R1 = FFFFFFF5 R2 = FFFFFFFF R3 = FFFFFFFF R4 = 00000000 R5 = 000D5A4C R6 = 000C8A88 R7 = 000085B8 R8 = 000D3D88 R9 = 000D3F84 R10 = 000D4870 R11 = 000D556C R12 = FFFFFFF5 R13 = 000D5548 R14 = 0000001A R15 = 00090438 Mode USR32 flags set: nZCvqjggggeAift PSR = 60000110 The instruction at 90438 is BLT &00090484, I assume this is the same one that David and Martin have mentioned. -- Chris Johnson To unsubscribe or subscribe goto: //www.freelists.org/list/davidpilling
