Yeah.
So our spectacle user did that.
The return warranty period is 12months.
He didn't have time to bring it in...for 15months... until he went for
surgery on his arm, and now has time.

We can no longer return the product to OUR supplier.
Yes, they did laugh at us.
He expects us to fix it now, no charge.
