One site I use quite often to check for computer threats is
http://www.symantec.com/index.htm. If you go to "Viruses & Risks" it will let
you search for any threat to your computer, as well as tell you the latest
virus threats. One virus i thought was interesting is the beagle virus.

This site explains what the beagle virus is, how it works, what is affected,
how to remove it an much more.
