We call these types of things Humanware bugs. There's honestly nothing we can do about it. This kind of thing pops up on the list all the time, and I have experienced it myself. There is a problem with the battery gage. And not just the gauge itself, if I understand correctly. We all run into it sooner or later, usually after a while of using our BNS. Unfortunately, if Humanware really wants to squash this bug it will have to be done in a new line of products, or at least a massive worldwide hardware revision. In which every following produced device will not carry the problem. I cannot see the latter happening.

Yes, I have tried all the simple solutions, but something is not working correctly. Just sent an email to HumanWare to try to work on the problem. Thanks to all of you who have been trying to help me with this issue.

Are you sure the adapter is securely connected? The point where the two parts of the cable meet can sometimes get a bit loose, which causes problems. That may be the first step, before you start worrying about new equipment or parts.

Last night I checked my power level on my Apex and it was at 100%. I just now turned the apex on to read the manual and about fifteen minutes after turning it on, apex says battery is critical and I see 0% for the power level. Why is the battery draining when I am not using the apex, it is turned off and the adapter is still on. This has happened to me a couple of times and I can뭪 figure out what is going on. I then have problems trying to get the unit to start charging again. Can anyone help me figure this out?
