And how would a person do that unless they had a device that they could register with NLS to get the key?
I am aware that Net Library books can be done this way, but I am not sure this is also true of NLS books.

The NLS books can be downloaded to the Olympus DS50 recorder and the 14 daylimitation is apparently removed by doing so. This is the easiest way to obtain those books and play them for a period of time. -----Original Message----- From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Phil Parr Sent: Saturday, September 29, 2007 9:05 AM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Book port, best player. I suppose you all don't know about the unabridged project. In short itis a web sight where blind persons who are receiving books from the nationallibrary service can sign-up to download digital books. I have been let tobelieve these books are in what is called wma format and, well, our bookportwon't play them. Phil Parr. No virus found in this incoming message.
