If that is true, then are you saying only k1000 can be used and not any other program, particularly word when working with the html file? That would mean nobody can edit those files already on bookshare and fix them up unless they convert to rtf using k1000. I just want to be absolutely certain I have this quirk correct.

If you use another application and convert from HTML to RTF, you lose the Page Breaks, and they have to be entered by hand--assuming you know where they go--before the book can be accepted.
