If a volunteer wants to improve a book already on bookshare, including improving what seems to be braille needing work, pleas remember the following:
First please download the rtf copy rather that the braille format copy for improving.
If you submit an improved rtf, both the daisy and braille books will show the improvements. If you just fix up the braille copy, the daisy copy will not be improved.
Also, when you submit the improved rtf file, please put "bso" before the title. This indicates to the person whowill validate the book that it is a replacement copy. Unless you do this, the validator will reject the book because it will show up as already being in the collection, one of the criteria for rejection.
