Lissi, If you get sick of hearing em-dash, em-dash over and over again, you can turn down your punctuation setting in JAWS. Go into your JAWS menu, choose options, then voices. Pick whether you want global or application-specific, then lower the punctuation, maybe by one number. Does that make any sense? Kellie
