Bookshare's last ruling on this was that since all copyright information
exists and since you are scanning hte material in the U.S., it is permitted.

Good luck.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Question

I am validating a Raymond Benson book called Tomorrow Never Dies, one of the
James Bond books. It says that Raymond Benson CLAIMS he owns the copyright.
Since the book was printed in Great Britain I am uneasy about the copyright.
