As usual, "it depends". Examples: If the job involves some visual design
work, and photography is a major hobby, it's relevant. If the job involves
management or supervision, and you're president of your local Chamber of
Commerce, it's relevant. Surfing is probably not worth mentioning.
Sky-diving and F1 car racing (as participant) are probably best kept to
yourself.
