Using some pretty sensitive measuring equipment the strong back barely moves in the first visible boom.

If you take a look at LOX vent near the top if does change it's form just the boom, cowincedince?, maybe.

But in addition there seems to be more bleed off down the left side of the stage 1 tanks at the moment of the
boom. Wether this is from the shock wave or the start of a larger fuel/lox leak I can not speculate.

Robert

I am really surprised the Elon is asking for other camera shots, you would think he would have had it covered
High and low on a bare minimum of all four corners.

I'm still converging on the infrastructure idea myself (see my crane collapse comparison videos from yesterday). Haven't had a chance to stare at any photos of the strongback yet.

I was interested by the discussion of the wrong material being used for a spacer plate between the bushing and lock ring on Big Blue's king pin assembly, and the witness description of the lock ring flying out of the assembly. Fascinating how something as simple as using the wrong grade of brass in what is basically a large flat washer was able to lend a plausible cause to such a major disaster.
