How many has SpaceX done so far? I 'spect they'll be climbing
the learning-curve a bit faster.
and
it's going to be much better for SpaceX if the cause turns out to be a
novel vehicle problem rather than a handling error.
My take is that I'd rather see it turn out to be something readily
correctable (whether by a process precaution or a localized hardware
update), rather than some intrinsic but obscure quirk of the underlying
configuration (possibly difficult to do anything about without a major
redesign).
